Elements Ring III
A ring crafted from emerald green clay, expressive and raw in its texture. Inside, a silver band is integrated into the form, touching the skin when worn, adding both comfort and a refined contrast of materials.
Weight of the silver band: 4 g
At the center of the composition sits a delicate bird, carved from Bog Hornbeam — exceptionally hard. Together, a symbol of renewal and quiet strength.
About Bog Hornbeam
Exceptionally dense and hard hardwood, traditionally used for knife handles and billiard cues. Rare in jewellery application due to its near-metallic resistance and unforgiving working properties.
Finished with natural oil, fully absorbed before a final hand-buff to a smooth satin surface. Grain pattern unique to each piece.
The piece brings together the tenderness of early spring, when birds return to their nests, and the bold, rough character of the clay itself. A balance between fragility and structure, softness and edge.
