Art Jewelry Collection “Elements” — A Dialogue in Form

Elements is a collection of four sculptural statement rings, created as the first collaboration by O’Gem in partnership with IO.

Each piece is a form of contemporary jewelry, handcrafted using ceramic, wood, copper, and stone.

Two designers.

Two distinct approaches to form.

One collection shaped through a continuous exchange.

This is not a joint project in the traditional sense.

Each piece moved between hands — initiated, transformed, and completed through a process that remained open until the very end.

Four rings.

No repetition.

Two Designers in Contemporary Jewelry Collaboration

The collaboration began not with a fixed plan, but with an openness to process.

O’Gem — rooted in art, architecture, and sustainability — approaches form as structure. Each piece is a constructed object, defined by balance, intention, and material discipline.

IO — working primarily with wood and silver — brings instinct, tactility, and emotional depth. Their pieces often feel like quiet narratives, revealing something internal through material.

In Elements, these two approaches did not merge — they interacted, shaping a series of handmade designer rings.

A Process of Exchange in Handmade Jewelry

The pieces were not created in isolation.

They moved between hands.

IO initiated the upper elements — copper forms shaped like blooming petals, and wooden components carved into symbolic forms: a bird, a drop, organic fragments of meaning.

These elements were then integrated into O’Gem’s sculptural bases — ceramic and clay structures that ground the composition, giving it weight, presence, and architectural clarity.

In one piece, the process returned again — altered, reconsidered, refined.

This back-and-forth became the essence of the collection.

Not a division of work, but a dialogue through material.

Four Materials, Zero Rules

Ceramic.

Metal.

Wood.

Stone.

Each material carries its own language — resistance, softness, reflection, density.

In Elements, they are not forced into harmony. They coexist, creating contrast, depth, and unexpected balance within each sculptural ring.

Architecture blooms with green.

Nature deepens into black.

Light appears where it is least expected.

Objects of Presence

These statement rings are not designed to blend in.

They are not decorative in the conventional sense.

Each ring holds a certain weight — not only physical, but conceptual.

They ask for a wearer who does not seek approval, but recognition of self.

To wear one is not to accessorize.

It is to choose a form that reflects you.

A Limited Moment

Elements consists of four rings.

Four distinct compositions.

No repetitions.

This is not a collection that will be reproduced.

It exists as a moment — a first collaboration, a shared exploration, a precise intersection of two creative paths.

Once it moves on, it remains only as part of its owners’ stories.
